An opportunity has arisen for an engineering / design student to assist with packaging design, concept presentation and machine tooling design, on a part-time basis.  This is a challenging and exciting role which could result in a full-time position as the company develops.

The successful applicant will be fluent in the use of SolidWorks and be able to demonstrate good design capabilities, initiative and enthusiasm.

To prove that you have the skills we are looking for, you will be required to generate a solid model for a prototype presentation and apply concept design artwork (materials will be provided).

This is a performance based position and provides the opportunity to gain hands-on product development and industry experience.

Chief engineer John McDermott, BSc. Eng. has been appointed to head up the new operation. He has wide experience of precision engineering and has been instrumental in the development of a range specialist machine solutions, primarily for the food and packaging sectors.

The suite is a fully integrated Class 100 facility with SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) providing complete process, validation and data management.
