Hot and cold mixing vessels ensure optimum temperature control during manufacture. Integral pump and pressure fed delivery systems are designed to facilitate product transfer without damage to even the most sensitive formulations.
The fully automated filling lines accommodate an impressive range of container size options; from 5 ml to 10 litres at speeds of up to 3,000 units per hour. Multi-cavity containers can also be processed with ease. The filling suite is fully equipped with CIP/SIP facilities to allow complete pre-treatment of both containers and closures using hot and cold sterilising regimes. Filling is carried out aseptically under Class 100 conditions.
A non-invasive process, through dedicated lines, is used to avoid any possibility of contamination. The wide range of capping options includes screw-on, push-on and pump dispenser caps of up to 100mm diameter. Flexibility is again evident in run volumes, with trial or pilot scale batches, as well as full-scale runs being undertaken. - Labelling A comprehensive labelling facility is integral to the process, offering front / back and wrap around options, together with fully flexible coding capabilities.
- Packaging Our secondary packaging services include cartoning and palletising of finished goods, with options for carton coding and shelf-ready sealing completing the production process.
